Earth Day began as a template for a crystal grid for Earth Day. I started painting it while in a tunnel between a solar and lunar eclipse in 2013. It had been just a crystal grid prior to that inspired by a tragic oil spill 4/20/10.
The painting was then finished in March 2016 during a lunar eclipse.
